Pretty happy with my order

So I decided to try out Herbsonthehill after seeing some stuff on Instagram. Grabbed a moisturizing body cream and a tea tree balm. They got here pretty quick, like within a week, which was cool. The body cream is super nice, not greasy at all, and the balm is good for little skin irritations. My only small complaint is I wish they had more scents for the body cream, but honestly, everything else was great. I'd definitely order from them again when I run out.

Decent products, slow shipping

I ordered a couple of their artisan soap bars and a muscle rub balm. The products themselves are really nice; the soap smells lovely and doesn't dry out my skin, and the balm helped my sore muscles. I liked that everything felt natural. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach me in Texas. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the tracking.

They're different. Lush is more vibrant colors and strong scents, sometimes a bit synthetic. Herbsonthehill is much more natural, earthy, and subtle with their scents.

I'd say Herbsonthehill is more about skincare and natural ingredients, less about the 'bath bomb' experience. The quality is really good, feels more artisan than Lush.
